| Abstract | We have undertaken a systematic study of the effects of H2 dilution (0≤ H2 ≤ 90%) of the gas mixture on a - Si1-xGex:H alloys with 0 < x < 0.5. We have obtained alloys with high values of νμτ and Δσ/σd ratio. Hydrogen dilution was found to be instrumental in obtaining materials with good photoconductive properties. © 1987. |
